A Little About Us...

We provide cage-free pet hotel boarding where pets are free to roam at our play area, daycare services and in-shop grooming. We also sell some selected freeze-dried treats, pet food, Coco & Joe Barf, pet necessities and pet accessories. Products are limited as we focus more on our services.

All of us in Furball Haven are pet lovers. We are willing to go the extra mile for your loved furballs. We have playtime with our hotel & daycare furry guests and give them freeze-dried treats during the day. We will send your pet's photos and videos updates daily, update you about their condition (health/behavior) and let you know what mischief they're up to 😉

We can also cater for those who has to eat cooked meals or raw diet. We have a pantry to heat up and prepare simple meals.

We also have special needs services for pets who need medication or certain treatments like ear medicine or eye medicine application. Enquire with us for pricing and more details.

Before and after grooming all dogs are free to roam around as long as they are friendly and can mix with other dogs. If they show signs of aggression and are really to difficult to handle, we have no choice but to put them in one of our hotel rooms. Owner will be requested to bring back your dogs immediately.
